Adam (AS) - آدم
The first human and prophet, directly created by Allah from clay.
Quranic Story: His creation, prostration of angels, dwelling in Paradise, eating from the forbidden tree, seeking forgiveness, and being sent to Earth (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:30-39).
Son of Adam (AS). Continued the message of monotheism.
Descendant of Shith. Known for his wisdom and being elevated to a high station.
Quranic Story: Mentioned as truthful and a prophet, elevated to a high position (Surah Maryam 19:56-57).
Nuh ibn Lamik ibn Muttashalakh ibn Akhnukh (Idris).
Quranic Story: Preached monotheism for centuries, built the Ark, the Great Flood (Surah Nuh, Surah Hud 11:25-49).
Son of Nuh (AS). From his lineage came several prophets.
Ibrahim ibn Tarah ibn Nahur ... ibn Sam ibn Nuh (AS).

Musa ibn Imran ibn Qahath ibn Lawi ibn Ya'qub (AS).
Quranic Story: His birth, growing up in Pharaoh's palace, parting the Red Sea, receiving the Torah (Surah Taha 20, Surah Al-Qasas 28).
Brother of Musa (AS), also a prophet.

Descendant of Dawud (AS). Guardian of Maryam.
Quranic Story: Prayed for a child in old age, received Yahya (John) as a sign (Surah Ali 'Imran 3:37-41, Surah Maryam 19:2-15).
Son of Zakariyya (AS). Preceded Isa (AS).
Quranic Story: His birth was a miracle, described as noble, chaste, and a prophet (Surah Ali 'Imran 3:39, Surah Maryam 19:7-15).
From the lineage of Dawud (AS). Mother of Isa (AS).
Quranic Story: Her miraculous conception of Isa, her piety and devotion, the annunciation (Surah Maryam 19, Surah Ali 'Imran 3:42-47).
Son of Maryam. No human father.
Quranic Story: Miraculous birth, speaking from the cradle, performing miracles by Allah's will, not crucified, raised to heavens (Surah Ali 'Imran 3:45-55, Surah An-Nisa 4:157-158).

Hud (AS) - هود
A prophet sent to the people of 'Ad, in Al-Ahqaf.
Quranic Story: Called his people to worship Allah, warned them against idolatry, but they denied him and were destroyed by a violent wind (Surah Hud 11:50-60, Surah Al-A'raf 7:65-72).
Salih (AS) - صالح
A prophet sent to the people of Thamud in Al-Hijr.
Quranic Story: Challenged by his people to produce a miracle (the she-camel), which they then slaughtered, leading to their destruction by an earthquake (Surah Hud 11:61-68, Surah Al-A'raf 7:73-79).
Lut (AS) - لوط (Lot)
Prophet sent to the people of Sodom and Gomorrah. Nephew of Ibrahim (AS).
Quranic Story: Warned his people against homosexuality, but they persisted, leading to their destruction by stones of baked clay (Surah Hud 11:77-83, Surah Al-A'raf 7:80-84).
Shu'aib (AS) - شعيب
A prophet sent to the people of Madyan and al-Aykah (the Dwellers of the Wood).
Quranic Story: Called his people to honesty in trade, and to worship Allah, but they rejected him and were destroyed by an earthquake/shadowy cloud (Surah Hud 11:84-95, Surah Ash-Shu'ara 26:176-191).
Ayyub (AS) - أيوب (Job)
A patient and righteous prophet, known for his steadfastness through immense trials.
Quranic Story: His severe illness and loss, his unwavering patience, and Allah's restoration of his health and wealth (Surah Al-Anbiya 21:83-84, Surah Sad 38:41-44).
Dhul-Kifl (AS) - ذو الكفل (Ezekiel or Isaiah)
A righteous prophet, known for his steadfastness and patience. His identity is debated by scholars.
Quranic Story: Mentioned as among the patient and righteous, and elevated to Allah's mercy (Surah Al-Anbiya 21:85-86, Surah Sad 38:48).
Yunus (AS) - يونس (Jonah)
A prophet sent to the people of Nineveh.
Quranic Story: Left his people in anger, swallowed by a whale, repented, and was returned to his people who then believed (Surah Yunus 10:98, Surah As-Saffat 37:139-148, Surah Al-Anbiya 21:87-88).
Ilyas (AS) - إلياس (Elijah)
A prophet sent to the people of Baalbek.
Quranic Story: Called his people to abandon idol worship (Baal) and worship Allah alone. His people denied him, except for a few (Surah As-Saffat 37:123-132, Surah Al-An'am 6:85).
Al-Yasa' (AS) - اليسع (Elisha)
A prophet from the Children of Israel, successor to Ilyas (AS).
Quranic Story: Mentioned among the chosen and righteous (Surah Sad 38:48, Surah Al-An'am 6:86).
